What is Treat’d?

Treat’d is a snack delivery service by Snack’d! This service is available both a la carte or via subscription. We send an assortment of packaged snacks straight to your door. Treat’d is great for anyone that wants their favorites conveniently sent to them, for someone interested in a surprise each month or for the adventurous snacker who wants to try something new or hard to find.

Each month we source the best treats and curate new boxes to mail out. We call it Treat'd because we believe that all of us deserve to treat ourselves with amazing snacking experiences!

Each standard Treat'd Snack Box contains 10+ full-size snacks and/or beverages. Treat'd Snack Box Specials vary slightly from the monthly Treat'd box, but we disclose those variations on our site. We hope you give our fun and tasty Treat'd Boxes a try; there are many surprises in store.

What comes in my Treat’d box? Will I know what’s inside?

Each box comes as a surprise! From tried and true snacks to unusual treats, we include it all. Our goal is to give our Treat'd Fam a new snack experience each month.

Almost forgot to mention—we may even sneak in a fun beverage or keepsake!

What’s your refund policy?

While we hope that you absolutely love the products in our boxes and we strive to make every effort to ensure that your Treat’d box arrives on time, we are not responsible for items that are delayed due to the postal service, lost in transit, unclaimed, disliked or refused.

Additionally, due to sanitary concerns, expiration dates, and the rare nature of many of our products, all sales are final

What’s the deal with shipping and processing?

All standard orders are shipped free! 

Processing: All orders are processed and shipped on a weekly basis.

Shipping: Usually takes 3-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. We don’t currently ship to HI, AK or other U.S. Territories

Tracking: Tracking information for all orders will be emailed once processed.

Do you ship worldwide?

We’re working on it! We don’t currently ship outside of the United States or to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes! You have two options: you can purchase a gift card that will be emailed directly to the receiver with a message from you, or you can send a Treat'd Snack Box with an enclosed note (for just $3 more).

Be sure to use your mailing address for billing and the recipient's address for shipping when sending a Treat'd Snack Box as a gift.
